At Sprocket Printers, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all hardware and accessories. If your printer or supplies do not meet your expectations, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges to ensure your printing needs are met.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the printer in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 3 to 5 business days.
